Rates
- $300 per hour Monday-Thursday
- $375 per hour Weekend (Fri.-Sun.) and Non-Peak Hrs. (Starting before 10am or after 9pm)
Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
- Limited spots for sliding scale appointments available.
First Appointments
All intake sessions are 2 hours long and billed for 2 hours.
Regarding Insurance
- Please contact your insurance company to determine if “Out of Network” mental health visits are covered.
- We do not bill your insurance directly. Third Party Payment/Insurance is not accepted, therefore you will be responsible for any and all communications with your insurance provider.
- Upon request you will be provided with the necessary information you may need to file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance provider the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my mental health deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage/reimbursement amount per therapy session?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
- Is pre-approval required?
- What information is needed from my therapist in order to get reimbursed?
- What are the steps I will need to take in order to get reimbursed?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 72 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
